40+ courses refreshed, rebranded, and made fully accessible in both English and French — with 95% of learners responding favorably in post-training surveys.
40 proprietary courses that needed a complete overhaul
WSP is one of the world’s largest professional services firms, with over 65,000 employees across dozens of countries. Over the years, they had built roughly 40 custom training courses — each developed at different times, by different teams, using different templates, navigation patterns, and visual standards.
A major rebrand made those inconsistencies impossible to ignore. Some courses were English-only, while Canadian operations required full French equivalents. None had been audited against modern accessibility standards. WSP needed a partner who could systematically modernize all 40+ proprietary courses without disrupting the training thousands of employees relied on daily.
A systematic modernization across all 40+ courses

Consistent template system
Every course was rebuilt using a unified template that reflected WSP’s new brand standards — not just a re-skin, but structural changes to improve navigation and interaction patterns across the board.

Learning simulations for real-world practice
Custom learning simulations emulated WSP’s operational environment, giving learners a safe space to practice tasks and build confidence without real-world risk.

Accessibility as a core requirement
WCAG compliance was built into every interaction, media element, and navigation pattern — not added as an afterthought. Visual enhancements created a cohesive, professional experience across all 40+ courses.
This initiative was a huge success! Neovation’s quick turnaround was amazing, and they did an excellent job pivoting and staying flexible.
